Terms and Conditions for i-Qlick Online Purchase
Access to and use of this website http://www.i-qlick.com/ and the products and services available through it are subject to the following terms and conditions.
These terms of conditions may be updated at any time and without notice, so please browse in the future in case of change.
• ‘We/us’ refers to i-Qlick Marketing Co., Ltd, the seller of the goods.
• ‘You’ means the customer and recipient of the ordered goods.
• ‘Goods’ means the items which you agree to buy from us, the seller.
Terms of Sale
The terms of sale shall apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods by you from us, the seller. These terms of sale supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties. Any amendment to the terms of sale will only be effective if signed by the Director or i-Qlick Marketing Co., Ltd.
We endeavour to provide you with terms of sale which are fair and easily accessible.
Placing an Order
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the Wing account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
The Order will only be processed if you have sufficient funds in your Wing account.
Upon submission of your order and Wing has confirmed you have sufficient credit in your account for the purchase, the order will be processed immediately. The website will prompt you with the confirmation of your purchase and an email purchase confirmation will also be sent to you.
In the unlikely event that your ordered goods are unavailable, we will notify you.
Currently we offer only offer delivery within Phnom Penh city area. Please allow 1 – 3 working days for your order to reach you. Do also note that prior to delivery, our logistic personnel will contact you to verify delivery details and address.

Delivery costs will be stated on the website at the time of order.
All online purchase (excluding consumables, media and services) made from our website is entitled to a 12 months warranty from Canon Service Centre at i-Qlick.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
You are not allowed to cancel or change your order as your order is immediately processed by Wing and cash is deducted directly from your Wing account immediately upon submission of your online purchase.
We will exchange the product only if there is a manufacture flaw/problem in the product and the product is returned within 7 days upon delivery, in the condition which they were sold. Canon Service Centre at i-Qlick will conduct a check to determine if there is any manufacture flaw/problem with the product and that the product is still brand new. If these necessary conditions are not met, Canon Service Centre will carry out the necessary repair of the product as part our official warranty service.
Product exchange will be carried out within 5 days of receipt.
In the unlikely event that there is a dispute in relation to the goods supplied, any dispute or claim shall be governed and construed according to Cambodian Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cambodian Courts.
By using this website, you consent to us potentially contacting you by email or telephone in relation to you having placed an order or made an enquiry.
We may use information concerning you for payment recovery or to investigate any possible fraud in the event you’re your credit payments have been used in a fraudulent manner. Please note that we may be required to disclose information concerning you if requested to do so by the police.
All card data you choose to save within your account for future purchases with i-Qlick Marketing Co., Ltd. is stored securely.
